Here are our Terms & Conditions

GUARANTEES

All of our products are covered under guarantee for one year.
However many products also have longer guarantees, the details of
which are available upon request. You should make yourself
familiar with the guarantee which covers your product and
always retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

SALES ORDER

Your order is set out clearly on the sales order we provide.
Please check it carefully because this is what forms our contract
with you. Please contact us immediately if you are unsure
about anything on the sales order.

WEBSITE IMAGES

Every effort is made to retain consistency with regard to the
images on the website. However, from time to time, our suppliers
may also make amendments which may result in the delivered product
differing, in terms of appearance, to the order placed. Consequently you should
call or email the shop if the appearance of the product you wish
to order is important.

DIMENSIONS

Where any dimensions are given, they are estimated and within
the tolerance of manufacturing. If the size of a product is crucial,
in terms of it fitting into a bedroom or for access at point of delivery,
you should call or email the shop for clarification.

DELIVERIES

Please provide accurate details of your delivery address on the
sales order. Failure to do so may result in the delivery being
aborted and a re-delivery charge being incurred. Also please refer
to the 'Delivery information' section of our website for details.

REMOVAL OF EXISTING BED

Please clearly state on the sales order exactly what is required
to be removed and how many items. Our drivers reserve the
right to refuse any items which are deemed to be in an insanitary
condition. If you are in any doubt please call or email the shop for
clarification. Full details of charges can also be found on the 'Delivery
information' section of our website.

DAMAGED GOODS

Customers signatures are requested on receipt of goods. If there
are any damages please mark this clearly on the delivery docket
and call or email the shop as soon as possible so this may be
rectified.

FAILED DELIVERIES

On the very rare occasion that we cannot deliver on the day
agreed, we will always communicate this to you via email or
phone in advance. We do not offer any form of compensation
when this occurs. We suggest you do not dispose of your existing
bed until you have received your new one.

DELIVERIES WITH NO SIGNATURE

We strongly recommend that you have someone present to accept
and sign for your delivery. If you require us to leave your order
anywhere other than in your house, and without a signature, we will
require confirmation via email of where to leave it. We accept no
responsibility thereafter with regard to theft or damage, weather or
otherwise.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

For goods purchased online we offer a 7 day cancellation guarantee.
If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us within 7 days
from the date of purchase whereupon you can return the goods to
the shop provided they are undamaged and in the same packaging
that they were originally delivered to you in. Alternatively we can
have the goods collected by carrier at a cost of £50. A refund will be
given upon inspection of the returned goods. Our cancellation policy
does not apply to any 'special size' orders. What is deemed 'special size'
is anything other than the standard 3', 4', 4'6, 5' and 6' UK standard sizes.
We regret we cannot accept returns / refunds of pillows, duvets or mattress protectors.
