EH1 - EH26 - Free delivery on all orders over £150
EH1 - EH26 - Order below £150 will incur a £15 delivery charge
EH27 - EH37 - All orders will incur a £25 delivery charge
EH38- EH55 - All orders will incur a £30 delivery charge

Delivery to the room of your choice

Deliveries, irrespective of your postcode area, are carried out by a two man team and is also to the room of your choice.

Removal of your existing bed

Charges are as follows; Mattress only - £15, Frame or base including mattress - £25.

The delivery team reserve the right to refuse any items which are deemed to be in an insanitary condition.

Bed frames must also be fully dismantled and bound into three manageable bundles. Divan bases must also be dismantled, any drawers emptied and ready for the delivery team to pick up and put on the vehicle.

Failed deliveries

If, after agreeing on a delivery day, our drivers cannot get access to your property for reasons outwith our control, we reserve the right to charge for a re-delivery. That charge would therefore be the same as what you paid for the original delivery or, in the case of the original delivery being free, a minimum charge of £15 would apply.

Damaged goods

It is your responsibility to check the goods on arrival at your property. If there is any obvious damage to the packaging please mark clearly 'DAMAGED PACKAGING' when signing for it. If there is any damage to the actual goods we will replace the offending item(s) as soon as possible.

Returns and cancellation policy

For goods purchased online we offer a 7 day cancellation guarantee. If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us within 7 days from the date of purchase whereupon you can return the goods to the shop provided they are undamaged and in the same packaging that they were
originally delivered to you in. Alternatively we can have the goods collected by carrier at a cost of £50. A refund will be given upon inspection of the returned goods.

Disclaimer

Finally we will at all times attempt to deliver in a timeous manner and error- free. If an error does arise we offer no compensation for loss of earnings, storage of goods or any other costs which may be incurred.
